2022 Oscar Predictions

It is hard for me to believe that it has been 27 years since two friends challenged me to pick Oscar winners in the major categories at 60% or better accuracy. My 4-2 record last year puts my 26 year record at 98-37 (73% winners). I am currently very focused on my final live futures ticket in this year’s March Madness on Houston at odds of 45/1. The Cougars will be playing Villanova on Saturday with the winner going to the Final Four. I thought of skipping this year but have decided to stick my Hollywood head out for the 27^th time so below are this year’s picks:

• Movie-Power of the Dog (I turned this film off one hour in)
• Actor-Will Smith
• Actress-Jessica Chastain
• Supporting Actor-Troy Kotsur
• Supporting Actress-Araiana DeBose
